Guest：This is the first hotel in china in which staff can speak English fluently. especially Ms. Fiona is very kind and she is English is perfect. She gave me checks out time till 2pm as a gift. The hotel is very clean and also breakfast is very good . Bed is very comfortable. It's around 1km far from line 2 metro staion. And the one big grocery is out of the hotel. I will choose this hotel

Guest：There was some construction across the cross and the noise can be unbearable. I would like to thank the hotel staff managing the breakfast for allowing me to have my breakfast earlier than 6:30 due to early flight home. Overall a nice hotel, but the price is a bit costly.
Guest：The location is good, which is in the laoshan district, half an hour driving from qingdao north railway station. Took the whole family to the polar ocean park. By the way, the ocean park is a must visit. We can see both the polar bear and the penguins, as well as the dolphin/ whale/ seal performance. Cleaning service is satisfactory. Thanks to “张冬梅” who provided high standard service and gave us extra drinks. We request kids slippers on the first night and then the second day we found out both kids slippers and tooth brush are in the room. Very proactive
